STD or just canker sores?!

I am sexually active, and I just got these awful sores on the insides of my lips. I’m recovering from the flu also, but I’ve never seen anything like this. They’re white and hurt. I’m scared and have no idea what it could be?!

If it was me with that many sores, I'd see a doctor. I've gotten canker and cold sores all my life. But I've never had that many canker sores like that at once. 
I mean the worst the Dr is going to say is that "it's a canker sore" and then you know in your head that you're good, just have to wait it out for them to leave
