Spectra purchase issue?!

Not sure where else to post, if you have a better suggestion please let me know. Lol

Has anyone bought one out of pocket and had them double charge you?! I purchased one last night and looked at my bank account this morning to see 2 pending transactions from them, I emailed their support but haven't heard anything back yet and I'm a little peeved about it, that's $200 I need for other things! (And my insurance already covered my Lansinoh but after reading a multitude of reviews decided to purchase just in case of issue with suction like everyone seems to have) any insight?
