Migraines

Im 13 weeks. Ive always had a problem with migraines. It runs in the family unfortunately . With my first, i didnt have a single migraine the whole pregnancy until about 9 or 10 months pp. I got pregnant when my son was 11 months old. Ive had 4 migraines so far since ive gotten pregnant. Migraines that last for days and im puking almist everytime i see bright lights. My poor son and i have become vampires in a room with black out curtains. Are migraines something i should worry about while pregnant???
