What kind of a bug is this?

I just found this crawling on the wall in my bedroom. Does anyone what bug this is? It doesn't look like a bed bug. But, I'm worried if this is an infestation or just a single bug.

Carpet beetle. Definitely not a bed bug. My SO, his dad has a bed bug infestation and that’s definitely not a bedbug.

This is a picture of a bed bug close to molting. So bed bugs can totally have those two white stripes. 
My uncle whose a bug exterminator confirmed it's a bedbug close to molting he's very good at his job.
I can't show him yours though cause it's not close enough to tell without distorting the pic.

It's hard to tell for sure didn't get a close enough photo without distortion when zoom in. 
Either Varied Carpet Bettle or it is a bed bug. They can look vary similar. 
My advice is to bag it in a ziplock baggie, and any others you might find. And typically where there is one there are bound to be more...
