When to announce?

We are expecting our first July 9th. We are both very close with our parents and family, but I'm afraid to spill the beans just yet! Curious as to when others have announced to parents, close family, etc?

We are due July 8th and we decided to wait until the first ultrasound in November.

I'm due July 5th and the family were close with we've told and a few friends. All other and facebook i dont think I'll announce until at least the first ultrasound:) so exciting!!!!!

I wanted to keep it a secret until Christmas but hubby has already told his brother, grandparents and parents... So I'll probably tell my mum and closest friends this week. 
I was angry at first, but these are all family that will be there for extra support should the worst happen. It's nice to share the good news with. My father in law so far has been the happiest... It made me tear up when I spoke to him. 😁

I just found out also around 5 weeks and I told my imidiate family! But might tell the rest at 10 weeks!(:

I told my mom the day I found out and his parents and one of my sisters a few days later but we're waiting to tell the rest of the family until Christmas. I'm also kinda toying with the idea of telling on Thanksgiving because I don't know if I can wait that long but it's still a little early in the pregnancy so it will probably be Christmas..

Im 4 weeks 2 days. My boyfriend has told me (lol first time for everything haha) we can tell parents only at christmas. Everyone else has to wait until 12 week scan!
Feels like a lifetime away. . . . . I want to shout it from the rooftop but I appreciate why he's being cautious
