“Mobile Debris detected in amniotic fluid which may indicate blood clot”

I just got my results of my anatomy ultrasound last week (I was 19w4d at the time). The baby is measuring well and is seemingly healthy, however, the ultrasound noted that there was mobile debris in the amniotic fluid which “may indicate a blood clot”. I had an SCH detected at 8 and 12 weeks and bled for several weeks but the bleeding has finally stopped and the SCH was no longer present. Everything I’m googling about debris in the amniotic fluid is terrifying. Has anyone had this? Any success stories? I don’t see my OB until Wednesday.
