This is my second pregnancy. First ended in 3 hours of pushing and vacuum to get him out. He was head down but not facing the right way and I had intense back labor. He got stuck in the birth canal but was far enough that the vacuum could assist

This time I have an anterior placenta and read that this means baby will more than likely be facing the wrong way again which frightens me for another vacuum assisted delivery or c section.

Anyone have experience with delivery with an anterior placenta?
