22 week scan results

Can anyone who had there anatomy scan at 22 weeks share there notes? I got mine done today at 22w3d but never got to meet a doctor or anyone to discuss results just got giving a report for it all? Can anyone help ? These numbers are confusing I dont know what they mean ?
