Not pregnant yet, still ttc, but I take ritual prenatals because it has folate instead of folic acid which is much easier for your body to absorb. The capsule is also designed not to dissolve until it gets past the point in your stomach that usually causes nausea. Not sure how effective that is obviously, but I like that it’s a subscription so I don’t have to remember to buy more, it just automatically comes in the mail every month

make sure you guys are taking folate not folic acid.. these suggestions are folic acid which is actually bad for you and baby. they're cheap but not that great. best nest wellness or Thorne is what I'd do for a prenatal
