Baby shower take home gifts?

FTM and I have no clue.  My mom and MIL are throwing my shower.  Did you all have party favors for the guests who attended or was it just gifts for the people who won the games?  I've been to 2 baby showers and one had them and one didn't, so I'm not sure.

We did have favors. It was cactus themed and we had cute glass cactus cups that everyone got to keep. My mom also got real tiny cactus in tiny pots for everyone to take home

We did small goody bags for people. They really just had candies in them and looked cute, so nothing extravagant. I wouldn't expect to get a goody bag or take home gift at a baby shower, though, so I think you could go either way and be fine.

I have been to lots of baby showers. Some have favors, some don’t. I think it’s fine either way. At the last one I went to they ordered these tiny little bundlet cakes for everyone to take home. I have also seen little half bars of soap in blue and white swirl for a boy shower.

We’ll be doing favors and prizes for games. I’ve been to one where there was no prizes or favors and another where it was just prizes. It’s up to you on what you want.

We did mason jars with flower pens as the center piece and people took them home. We didn’t do games.

I’m doing mini wine bottles as favors. Prizes for games will be different things I liked- candles, bottle of wine, stained glass pieces
