Any moms with Celiac?

Just diagnosed 🤦‍♀️ all I want is pasta. Anyone ever tried gluten free pasta? PSA: it’s terrible.

I’ve been celiac for 4 years, and I feel your pain, I got diagnosed right before my first pregnancy! 😫 But there are SO many options now for GF food, I’d just look around your local store and you should find plenty!

I’ve been celiac for 10yrs. I find chickpea pasta or quinoa pasta are the best. The trick is not to overcook it. If you overcook it gets soggy and/or just falls apart which is gross. DM me if you need some ideas! I love to cook and it’s been fun finding ways to make my food taste better than everyone else’s!

If you are in the UK or have access to Sainsbury's their home brand of free from pasta is pretty decent. Taste and price wise

Corn pasta is better than rice pasta. The bread sucks. I’ve had celiacs for 11 years.and some days it’s still a struggle

I am right there with you!! I have been struggling because I want all the cheeseburgers and fast food but it’s out of the question. I don’t want the gluten free bun. I want all the wheat my body can handle...
