Weight anxieties

I am 5'3 and weigh about 79kg (174 ish pounds) and come under obese on the bmi chart. But I have always been quite muscle and bone dense all my life. That said obviously when ppl even some docs in the past see the height vs weight they do make unsavoury comments. I have my first pregnancy scan next week and currently weigh about 80kg and just have some anxiety about what my gynae might say about my weight...
