Not really sure where to write this but i truly need advice.

Little back story, I am a single mom of a 3 year old boy, I am in medical school, and I finally started to find love again after my son’s father and started speaking to a guy in my class. We clicked so well and vibe really well. It has been months since we started speaking, We’ve had sex multiple times, and I ended up being pregnant. I just found out last night after taking a test because i felt the symptoms and I have missed my period. I am not sure how far along I am.

I need help with abortion methods and want to hear stories. Right now it is not a good time for both of us to have a child, especially for me while I still have a toddler and in medical school. I am completely against abortions but i feel like I don’t have a choice.
