No just looks like normal spotting. It'll have to be filling pads and heavy or passing clots that you should be worried. Not all spotting and bleeding means miscarriage cause I've had it a few times and I'm 21 weeks now and baby girl is fine. It's expected cause your cervix is tender shall I say so anything could irritate it. Your have a lot of stretching and things going on. You can also spot after sex or an exam.

No, looks like spotting. Call your dr and keep an eye on it. When I miscarried it was heavy enough to soak a pad with bad cramping.
