Previous c section moms..
Did you use any kind of belly support last pregnancy after your c section? Did it help relieve a little discomfort/provide support? I had a c section with my daughter but never used one and she was in the nicu for 4 months so I got to heal without having a baby to take care of. Since I'm having another and now have a toddler I'll be more active so I'm wondering if I should get one. Any advice for or against is welcome!
