What are your plans for when you go into labor/go to the hospital for your dogs?

I have a 2 year old Weimaraner who has pretty bad separation anxiety and we have no family or friends nearby that can watch him. On a planned trip we always use Rover for a sitter but since birth can happen at any time now thats pretty hard to plan. I will say, the hospital is less than 10 minutes away from our house, so I’m not worried about the daytime because my husband can go every few hours to let him out and stuff. I’m just concerned about overnight. He always has to sleep with someone and gets super worried if we’re away.

So are you taking them to a boarding place or getting someone to watch your dogs, or are you guys just “checking in” on them?
