Do you think this a requirement?

I haven’t wore earrings in such a long time that one of my ears has closed up. I feel silly asking if earrings is a requirement but I would need to repierce my ear.

Normally brides just tell you what color jewelry and you wear whatever you want in that color. I'd ask her separately if you have to wear earrings. Maybe tell her that your holes are closed so is it okay if you don't wear earrings? Or, I've seen some really decent clip ons that could probably do the trick. I think it's kind of silly when brides require a specific piece of jewelry. That's like brides who require all of their bm's to wear the same hairstyle... a bit extra, if you ask me
