Glow moved my O date

Hi Everyone, I am very new to glow.

Just saw now that the app automatically moved up my O date and I haven't had a positive opk as yet and am on CD 15.

Althought 2 hours after testing with Fmu I got this?

A bit confused as to why the CB digital gave me a negative if this happened two hours later?
