BH Contractions!

Whoa! 33 weeks and every time that I do anything physical today (like anything, reach high, climb the stairs, load the dishwasher) I have strong contractions and need to sit down. I have a lot to do, so it’s pretty annoying. Maybe some caffeine will help? 😫 I have been drinking a ton of water. Anyone else with me? Advice??
