My sister gave me one of hers, otherwise I wouldn’t have bothered.  She had preemie twins that had suffered multiple sleep apnea incidents in the NICU, so for her it was a must-have.

We’ve bought one second hand, was still pretty expensive (but near new and still in warranty with packaging etc) they seem to have pretty good resale value, and we’ll sell it when we’re done with it, so probably won’t cost us much in the long run.
