Should i be worried? Period like cramping and small amount of brown when wiping.

Today I’m back to normal but last night I had period like cramps at 6 weeks pregnant and a little brown when I would wipe after using the restroom.  I felt so off!  But today I feel back to queasy and no cramps or anything else ...
Should I be worried?  Could I have lost the baby last night and not know?

Let your ob know your probably fine but they can do a scan for reassurance let them know its stressing you

Brown blood is old blood. Don’t stress you will cramp here and there theoughout pregnancy. Unless you see bright red blood, don’t worry too much.
