Help please

Omg I’m so tired .... this little girl has given me a run for my money

Since she was born she has been sick rsv bronchitis now fever diaherra vomiting the doctor says negative on flu just give her Tylenol and pedilyte but I don’t know what to do ... she has been having me up all night I’m by myself with three extra kids dad is outta town until Sunday and on tops of that I have the worst period cramps I’m so tired I’m trying my hardest to keep my composure but I’m wearing thin ...
