Uncontrollable crying 36 +2

So I have been having allergies pretty bad the past couple days stuffy nose sore throat. Even lost my voice (it happens every year around this time) anyway Go to work this morning feeling exhausted and sick and began to sob uncontrollably. Like for no reason! I’m not the crying type of person it’s very rare I shed a tear much less uncontrollable snotty crocodile sobs around my co workers. Left work to come home early and my poor husband rushes home to console me. I could tell he felt helpless asking what’s wrong what do I need to do can I get you anything? It was so sweet. I eventually cried myself to sleep and have been in bed all day. Anyone else experience this craziness? I just wanna make sure I’m not going insane!
