7 weeks bleeding

First picture is from yesterday afternoon. Second is from this afternoon. Okay so I’ve been very sick throwing up and with nausea the past week. Yesterday after work I started bleeding (first picture) no cramps but it kept going from spotting to like I was on my period. I immediately went to the ER. They first took a urine sample and told me I have a uti. They then took some blood & did a vaginal ultrasound. They told me the baby’s heart rate was 126 and everything look fine and the baby seemed to be doing okay and that this is implantation bleeding. I was bleeding a good 4 hours and stopped and the blood was a brownish color. This morning no bleeding at all. This afternoon there was little brown specks or what looked like blood then a little discharge with pink (shown in the second picture) could this be a miscarriage? Has anyone been through this before ? I’m sooo nervous something is wrong.
