With my son, I told immediate family right away and everyone else at 20 weeks when we announced gender.
This pregnancy, we’ve told immediate family (except for my grandma because she reacted horribly last time) & won’t be announcing at all.

Told our parents at 7 weeks as one set was visiting us then. Will tell other family (grandparents and sibs/spouses) after first appointment (9+), and will probably wait until first scan for anyone else.
