Sleeping 💤

My daughter is 3.5 months old and has been in her own room in her cot since 2.5 months. The last week she has had some trouble getting back to sleep at night so I put a soft comforter in her bed (as pictured) after sleeping with it a few nights so it smells like her dad and I.

This helps so much and she cuddles it close or holds it in her hand and falls asleep really quickly.

I was doing some research and found that they don’t recommend having lovely’s in the bed until 6 months and no blankets until 12+ months.

She doesn’t move to much in her sleep and she’s always in a sleeping bag but I feel like some nights she would still be cold.
