Does your baby fall asleep easily in carseat/stroller

We have trouble going out and doing things because LO refuses to sleep in his car seat or stroller anymore. Wondering if this is common at this point or not...

I try to time my outings with his nap times. He used to sleep instantly when we got into the car, but for the past month or more, he screams Bloody Mary 75% of the time and we’d have to pull over for some cuddles or BF. We are doing a lot better nowadays bc of toys or food.
Try to figure out what can distract your baby in the car seat. I’ve brought countless of toys and random objects with bright colours and sounds. I’ve turned on lights, music and lowered windows. Now I know what works for him. Maracas or a plastic gum container works miracles for us. I feed him snacks (mum mum crackers) and he is very happy or magically just falls asleep. We play peek-a-boo, sing songs, make funny sounds and faces. When he gives me a sleepy cue, I know that he wants shade and I lower his covers, but not completely 😅 He doesn’t like that in the car 🤪 Trial and error over and over. You’ll figure it out.

Our days revolve around nap time because he refuses to sleep anywhere else 😫 if we’re out past nap/bedtime, he’s a super grumpy boy

Have you tried a baby wearing? My LO loves to be worn. And usually he gets nice and sleepy.
