Second positive opk in one cycle?!

Question

Anyone have any insight?
My wife ovulated 5days ago...we inseminated 5 and 6 days ago. 
Just to keep tracking we have continued tracking with opk. Has stayed negative..until now. Just now got a flashing smile on clear blue advanced digital opk...how is that possible?? Could it be detecting pregnancy hormones early? Or just a random surge?

Once you get a positive ovulation you have 24 hours to inseminate. Dont inseminate until you get a positive. My wife and I are also trying to conceive. We also already have a OB and this info comes from him. I had a total hysterectomy and he knows my wife is trying to conceive. We find out in 2 weeks if we conceived the day we got got a positive and inseminated. I hope this info helped.
