Ultrasound tomorrow

I have my follow up ultrasound tomorrow and I’m so scared that it will be bad news. I had one 2 weeks ago and all they saw was a gestational sac that measured 6 weeks and 6 days, exactly a week behind. This is our rainbow baby and I honestly don’t know what I will do if I get bad news tomorrow. I’m trying to stay positive but it’s definitely hard not to think of the worst. Please send happy thoughts my way and keep your fingers crossed for me 🤞🏻❤️
