Feeling worried

Ok so I was laying in bed and I started to have bad pains on the top of my vag and I couldn’t move at all I was crying bc it hurt so bad then I managed to get up and go into bathroom wjere I started to get very dizzy and feeling sick 😥 what could be happening I just hope my babies ok
