Crohns disease

Any moms on here with IBD? I was just diagnosed with crohns disease in June and got BFP this morning after almost 2 years of trying

We are very excited but I'm also pretty scared.

I have two older children (14&11) with my ex but my 11 year old was premature so there's another reason to worry.

... I feel like I'm a first time mom all over again lol
