How soon after a miscarriage should you try again?

We had a 5 week miscarriage in February my period lasted for 10 days after an now according to LH test strips we are ovulating this week. Should we go ahead an baby dance or wait another cycle ???

Go ahead as long as your doctor didn’t give you a medical reason not to! My doctor said some will tell you to wait solely for dating purposes.

My doctor told me to wait a cycle, but everything I read says there isn’t really a reason to wait besides dating purposes. So we tried immediately following and got pregnant again without a period in between. 
I had to have an early ultrasound to date the pregnancy but everything went well!

I'd wait on another cycle. Give your body a small break to bring the hcg down completely and to heal from losing the baby.
