Sonohysterogram!

After all of these failed attempts at pregnancy- I am being scheduled a sonohysterogram- and my husband has low sperm count. Any insights? Advice? If this doesn’t work than we will do the iui! Anyone have any stories? I’d love to hear them :) looking for some optimism:)
