Anyone one else’s baby stiff?

My daughter is about to be 7 months and wont sit. I try to sit her up but she’s so stiff and fall to the side or completely forward. She’s good at tummy time but won’t roll over and if I make her she cries really bad.

Yes. My LO hates sitting. He can do it unassisted for a min or so but stiffens up cause he’s rather be laying down and playing or standing on your lap. I take him to a chiropractor to get him adjusted and it helps. It takes time for them to lose that reflex and every baby is different. Bring it up to your Pediatrician it could be something as simple as having them go to physical therapy to help with the muscles.

Have you talked to the pediatrician?  My LO started sitting at 10 weeks BECAUSE he was so stiff and inflexible.  He’s currently in birth-3 and physical therapy due to mild cerebral palsy.
