You're talking about your feelings especially with medication and yet he dismisses it and talks about himself.
You can choose what to do with this. Personally I would break up because what happens if you feel horrible one day? You should be comfortable in sharing your feelings.

They’re your feelings that are valid. You are okay to feel the way that you do. You are allowed to be mad or upset, it’s life. If nobody got upset or “sensitive” every once in awhile they wouldn’t be human. Maybe it was a way he had been raised? I wish you luck ❤️
