How does one deal with a heartbreak?

My boyfriend broke up with me today and I don’t know what to do, please help

Just take it one step at a time. It may seem painful at first, but over time you will be happy again and it will all be beneficial in the long run.
Let yourself feel sad for a little bit. it’s okay to feel sad. But don’t drag on too long, eventually you have to move on, slowly start getting back into your passions and interests more and more.  Do something fun, go out with friends, etc. 
This is a time to learn, to rediscover yourself and you passions, and strengthen your independence. somethings you can’t do while in a relationship, so now will be the time to do those things.
