Sick after labor?

I had my baby march 2, and have had a headache since, has anyone else experienced this?

Yes mines was from my epidural ended up back in the ER getting IV fluids and caffeine basically

I have been sick on and off for 3 months. I was sick after giving birth since my body over exerted itself during delivery and then also I was sleep deprived and had little help. I’m still weak and sleep deprived so I just keep getting what ever illness my daughter brings home and the most recent one also got my 3 month old sick.
