Lh surge or no?

Confused. I just got my mirena out on 2/14 and then had my period from 2/16-2/23 (8 days, UGH!). So today I took an ovulation test and this is what I got. I'm only on day 9 of my cycle. Is this considered an LH surge since there are 2 lines? It'd be odd to ovulate on day 9, wouldn't it?
