Flex Disc??
So I’ve been seeing ads for flex disc they technically aren’t menstrual cups they are like disc that sit but don’t cause a suction. I’ve been wanting to try them but don’t want it to pull the iud out. (I’ve been told not to use menstrual cups since it can pull the iud). Anyways I’m just curious if anyone with an iud on here has tried them if so what was your experience with them?
