Possible ectopic

2 weeks ago my hcg numbers only Went up 30 percent and my RE decided to not do further bloodwork but to wait for the ultrasound.

I put 2 embryos in via

IVF

and they said possible vanishing twin. I kept taking home pregnancy test and they kept going darker (test line darker than control line).

So today was my ultrasound: they found one sac that stopped developing 2 weeks ago - right when my numbers did not double- but after that my home tests got so dark. I can’t help but thinking I the sac they found was a vanishing twin and the other one hides in my tube.

I am traveling Friday 990 miles via car. I am so freaked out now.

What do you guys think? If i only had one implant and it stopped developing two weeks ago - I should not get super dark lines on my home tests anymore, right? Anyone has similar experience?

What is the chance that there was a second one in the right spot and the technician missed it? My RE never called me back to discuss the findings today. I would have been 6w5d today. 💕
