Heavy periods and TTC!

Hey everyone, please note, a doctor is involved already and looking into reasons but I’m just wondering who has had super heavy periods (over 150ml loss in one day, lasting up to 7 days with at least 3 days being super heavy) and managed to fall pregnant no issue? My doctors can’t find any reason why I’ve got heavy periods and just beginning my ttc journey worried it may effect my chances. I have also dealt with severely low iron levels (having iron infusions and taking tablets). Any advice? No idea why it happens and I’m getting beyond sick of having to spend so much time cleaning up/changing pads/emptying cups each month! It was fine having the IUD in as I didn’t get a period but has been removed to ttc 😔 I’m so confused!
