Did the suppository even work ?

I had anal sex. My dr told me to use prep H suppository because my butt has been bleeding and they think I have hemmeroids inside my butt. Anyways right after I put it in I started cramping and within like 5 minutes I had to poop I’ve also been super constipated. Did it even work since I pooped instantly after ? Should I still be bleeding bright red blood . It’s freaking me out . It’s not a constant drug but every time I wipe itson the toilet paper or will be in the toilet when I poop the water turns red
