Should I get a second opinion?

I’ll be 37 weeks tomorrow. Second baby, and i went in for contractions and spotting last night. I’m 3 cm and like 40% effaced they won’t keep me until I’m 4 cm and the bleeding was from a tear in my vaginal wall. I came home and lost this and have had the same active contractions all night they have been about 8 min apart they are about 5 now and I have dull lower back pain with them. They said my cervix wasn’t bleeding and I’m not loosing fluid. My water never broke with my first I was 10 cm when they broke it. I’m not sure what to do!
