Finally a Positive OPk.

I finally had my peak this morning and for some reason today i have some pretty good cramps and some pain on my left side and of course i have been BD. And Today I was having some Slight pain also while BD. is that normal?? Please help. I was thinking is because i have those cramps and they kind of dont go away .
