No. Looks like a normal lutal phase dip that usually happens are 8-10dpo.

You never know if something is an implantation dip until you get a BFP as dips are common in both pregnant and non pregnant charts. if your temperature goes all the way back up tomorrow and you get a bfp in a few days then I'd say today was an implantation dip? 
I wonder if they're even definitely a thing or just something we all assume lol otherwise surely ALL pregnancy charts would have a dip?
