Pregnant or sick?

Ok so I'm having tender breast my boyfriend is telling me they're getting bigger. I ate Mexican food last night and threw it up right away and had Mexican food again tonight and did the same thing. I feel pressure in my stomach and took a pregnancy test two weeks ago it was negative. I just got off my period three days ago and am having some spotting. But like I said I'm having allot of pressure in my stomach.
