Yep. That’s why I got this “Dr. Brown” brand baby bottles for my son to avoid the gas pain in his stomach. But I always breastfeed him until I have to work, that’s when he gets his bottles.

Yes, it does. There is air in the bottle, but not in your breast. But that doesn't mean a breastfed baby is free of gas, either. Some things you eat can cause gas. And my kids had a lot of gas because I had a really heavy/fast letdown. I don't know how it would compare to a bottle though because neither of mine would take bottles.

It’s possible if the latch isn’t completely correct. I have bottle and breastfed and both babies had gas due to air intake while feeding. But it always settled after 2-3 months.
