TMI - BABY POOP

Has anyone experienced this with their LO?

My daughter is 5 weeks 5 days and for about a week, she's only been having dark green poops. I haven't had any changes in my diet or anything, and shes been healthy, eating, sleeping, playing, gaining weight - about 4-5oz a week. But today, i was changing her diaper and saw something that looked like mucusy blood? I could be wrong, but I want to know if anyone has seen this before or know anything about it?
