Second period or spotting?
So im in my second day of my "fertility window" and i realized i had blood in my underwear, it was the size of both my thumbs combine, and now its more of like small dots everywhere, im in extreme pain cause i have endo but im just wondering if this could be a second period or just spotting.. i already had a huge heavy period so im just a little confused and worried :(
