Help!

Okay so I've been on birth control on and off for the last year or so.  (ik it's bad so I stopped) and now has been on it for 2 months Stright. It's called LoLo. I can't tell if I got my period or its just spotting cuz it's so light and so random and it's only been happening for around the days I'm supposed to get my period (3 days and very light) I don't wanna get a prego test yet cuz I am really brook. Any thoughts if I might be prego and its spotting or just my period being messed up ?
